 TRAENCO Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Construction and Trading Company - Ministry of Transport, was converted according to Decision No. 2670/QD-BGTVT dated August 5, 2005 and Decision No. 35/QD-BGTVT dated August 5 January 2006 on changing the name of Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company to Construction and Transport Trading Joint Stock Company and Decision No. 679 dated March 20, 2006 on changing the name of Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company. Transport Trade became TRAENCO Joint Stock Company.
